We built the service families kept asking for
Care that fits around a household instead of the other way round, from an hour a week up to live-in nursing.
Every arrangement starts with a nurse visiting the house — not a call centre form. We look at mobility, medication, the stairs, the bathroom and who else is already helping, then write a plan you and your family sign off before anyone starts.
Carers are employed, not contracted, and stay with the same clients, so the person at the door in month six is the person who started with you.

Book an assessment
A home visit, then a plan you actually agree with
The first visit takes about an hour and costs nothing. A nurse walks through the house with you, talks to whoever else is involved, and leaves you with a written plan before you commit to anything.
- Free nurse-led assessment at home, usually within two working days
- Written care plan, named carers and a schedule you approve
- No joining fee, no minimum contract, four weeks’ notice to stop
- Reviewed every three months, or the same week if something changes
